WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Within the US, expect your item within 3-10 business days of purchase. International orders will get to you in 5-12 business days of purchase. When your order ships you can request your tracking number via email: support@musaartgallery.com.

HOW MUCH DOES THE SHIPPING COST?

We provide Free Shipping Worlwide with tracking to most locations around the world!

Our products are manufactured and shipped from our warehouses in the USA in Germany, Australia and India .

WHAT CARRIER DO YOUR ORDERS SHIP?

We ship with UPS, FEDEX, DHL, or your local postal office. Which means that each order is shipped with Express Shipping!

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

It depends on where you live and what you ordered. If you are a consumer in the EU or the EEA, you have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase made from our standard catalogue, without giving a reason; the direct cost of returning the goods is yours. Custom and clearly personalised pieces are excluded. Wherever you live, an item that arrives damaged, is lost in transit or has a printing defect is always replaced free of charge. You may also cancel or amend any order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it. WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY?

In rare case your order is damaged or you notice a defect. Do not worry, please send us an email at support@musaartgallery.com. We will work with you to get this resolved immediately. Please send us pictures or videos of the front and the back that clearly show the issue with the canvas.
