Intellectual Property rights are respected at MusaartGallery. Artists are requested to be mindful of their art and third party intellectual property when uploading content to our gallery, we have a zero tolerance policy toward copyrights infringement!

Artists are required to upload works that do not infringe upon the copyright, moral rights of publicity privacy or any other person's right. Stealing other people’s work and passing it off as your own is against law which Musaart gallery for. We hold these truths sacred: Every artist should respect others' intellectual property no matter what form they take; plagiarism will never be tolerated in our community!

Copyright Complaints

Intellectual property rights are very important to us and we will respond promptly with any claim that content posted on the site infringes your copyright or other intellectual properties. If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed upon, please submit a notice of claimed infringement here.

Musaartgallery is committed to the protection of intellectual property and will take appropriate action in response when notified. If you feel that your work has been infringed upon, please contact us immediately so we can remove any infringing content from our site
