WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Within the US, expect your item within 3-10 business days of purchase. International orders will get to you in 5-12 business days of purchase. When your order ships you can request your tracking number via email: support@musaartgallery.com.

When will my order arrive?

-You should receive your order in 5-9 business days, of course, we will try to do our best to deliver it faster! ( Only size 60x40" requires more time and care to produce — delivery may take up to 25 days.)

HOW MUCH DOES THE SHIPPING COST?

We provide Free Shipping Worlwide with tracking to most locations around the world!

Our products are manufactured and shipped from our warehouses in the USA in Germany, Australia and India .

WHAT CARRIER DO YOUR ORDERS SHIP?

We ship with UPS, FEDEX, DHL, or your local postal office. Which means that each order is shipped with Express Shipping!

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

It depends on where you live and what you ordered. If you are a consumer in the EU or the EEA, you have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase made from our standard catalogue, without giving a reason; the direct cost of returning the goods is yours. Custom and clearly personalised pieces are excluded. Wherever you live, an item that arrives damaged, is lost in transit or has a printing defect is always replaced free of charge. You may also cancel or amend any order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it. -In some countries the size may have 1-5cm differs

WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY?

In rare case your order is damaged or you notice a defect. Do not worry, please send us an email at support@musaartgallery.com. We will work with you to get this resolved immediately. Please send us pictures or videos of the front and the back that clearly show the issue with the canvas.

WHICH METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Paypal, Bitcoin,Etherum as well as 4 time paiement zero fees with Splitit!

SHIPMENT

You will be responsible for paying any additional custom taxes or charges by your government or post office.

We address your item exactly how you provide it. Once the product reaches the country of destination, your local postal office will distribute the item for delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to contact your local postal office for any issues that might arise after our product reaches the destination country.

Your order might be shipped in multiple shipments for us to optimize shipping and delivery times.

The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes Musaartgallery to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that Musaartgallery may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor. The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.
