WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Within the US, expect your item within 3-10 business days of purchase. International orders will get to you in 5-12 business days of purchase. When your order ships you can request your tracking number via email: support@musaartgallery.com.

We provide Free Shipping Worlwide with tracking to most locations around the world!
Our products are manufactured and shipped from our warehouses in the USA in Germany, Australia and India .
WHAT CARRIER DO YOUR ORDERS SHIP?
We ship with UPS, FEDEX, DHL, or your local postal office. Which means that each order is shipped with Express Shipping!
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy! You may cancel or amend your order within 24 hours of purchase free of charge. We are proud to provide the largest online selection of art designed to motivate and inspire you every day. Due to the diversity and size of our offering, we do not pre-print or inventory any stock, so every piece is printed-on-demand and made custom to order. Since we do not warehouse or hold inventory, we are unable to accept returns and swap out one piece of art for another, so we cannot provide refunds, credits, or replacements except in the event of damage prior to the product arriving with our valued customer. WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY?
In rare case your order is damaged or you notice a defect. Do not worry, please send us an email at support@musaartgallery.com. We will work with you to get this resolved immediately. Please send us pictures or videos of the front and the back that clearly show the issue with the canvas.

SHIPMENT
You will be responsible for paying any additional custom taxes or charges by your government or post office.
We address your item exactly how you provide it. Once the product reaches the country of destination, your local postal office will distribute the item for delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to contact your local postal office for any issues that might arise after our product reaches the destination country.
Your order might be shipped in multiple shipments for us to optimize shipping and delivery times.
The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes Musaartgallery to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that Musaartgallery may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor. The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.
